The Leopad CRM(App name), is designed and developed to maintain the group of companies workflow which is mentioned in point 2. It is a CRM that stores the data of all the companys records. The records concern the working group of the company’s clients, project details, lead status, timelines, profits, losses, etc. In addition, it has report generation on Lead status, group of company’s performances, business report, user performance and etc. Initially, an admin of this app will create an account for a user who may be a BOD, CEO, manager, or staff. These user credentials are given to the user. The user may be a manager or staff whoever performs their task, which the app admin allocates.
